Enjoi Transportation Solutions (ETS)
is a Michigan based non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) management/brokerage consulting firm offering a full range of services to facilitate partnerships and coordination of transportation services among HMO’s, government agencies, Not for Profit organizations and for profit companies. ETS is dedicated to providing the highest customer satisfaction. While ETS provides world class transportation solutions, we operate exclusively within the state of Michigan so that we can give our clients the individualized attention that they deserve. Our transportation vendors are skilled in addressing special considerations for our passengers. We contract with vendors throughout the state of Michigan and we have the necessary coverage in place to provide the most effective transportation to meet the needs of the passenger.

To make more service cost less, we had to expand into an industry.

Before our services were available, HMOs, state and local governments and health care facilities were handling the transportation arrangements themselves. This was a difficult and time-consuming process due to the lack of coordination among the organizations and the transportation providers. The need to make such arrangements detracted from their primary functions and since the organizations weren’t focused on providing a quality transportation benefit, the level of service from transportation providers was insufficient and costs were high, and the lack of quality standards put the organizations at high risk for litigation. Additionally, fraud and abuse from passengers and vendors were uncontrolled.
